Hotel Dullemond, also known as Hotel Laag-Soeren, was located in Laag-Soeren, Netherlands. The building originated as a country house named Huis Laag-Soeren, constructed around 1780 by Carel Otto van Kesteren. Over the years, it changed ownership multiple times, serving various purposes.

In 1906, the Dullemond family took over the establishment, expanding and modernizing it by adding amenities such as bathrooms with hot and cold running water, electricity, verandas, and a garage. These enhancements elevated Hotel Dullemond to a luxurious status, attracting affluent guests, primarily from the western Netherlands. The hotel thrived until World War II, after which it faced challenges due to deferred maintenance and a decline in the hotel industry.

In 1970, Hotel Dullemond closed its doors. Siblings Wim and Mientje Dullemond, the last residents, lived in the deteriorating building, primarily occupying the kitchen and an adjacent room, as other parts became unsafe. After Mientje Dullemond's passing in 2007, the property was bequeathed to five charitable organizations. Disagreements among these beneficiaries regarding the property's future led to further neglect, resulting in the structure becoming a ruin.
