
The Campbeltown War Memorial is located in Kinloch Park and overlooks Campbeltown Loch. The monument was unveiled on 21 October 1923 and contains the names of 349 men from Campbeltown who died during World War I. After World War II, the monument was extended and 123 names were added to the monument, including four civilians who died during bombing raids on Campbeltown on 6 November 1940 and 9 February 1941.
